What began as just a passion at the age of 15, Abu Bakar is now a professional in the field and a mentor to others. Living by the philosophy "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you", Abu has always been a firm believer of self improvement in every aspect of life.
With proper body assessment MODEs and procedures, Abu carefully discuss fitness goals with each client, and customize training programmes for all his clients to attain their individual desire fitness goals safely, efficiently and effectively!

Faeez is an expert fitness coach who has helped his clients successfully achieve their goals . He brings with him an extensive knowledge and passion in the area of weight loss program as well as high intensity training. Being an athlete himself, he played rugby and represented his poly-uni in the men’s 100 and 200m race. His passion on taking up new challenges led him to participate and compete obstacle courses such as the Commando challenge and Spartan Race.
