Muay Thai strengthens and tones your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core all at once. You’re moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening your muscles.

    F.M. Hybrid is a form of functional training which has a ton of benefits for every person regardless of fitness level, age, exercise experience or time available for training. This class will help improve definition, burn calories, enhance aerobic capacity and promote muscle growth. The key component is simply moving; more specifically, to move in multiple directions, at a number of different speeds and using a wide variety of exercise equipment in order to engage every muscle in the body.

Our A.G.T. group class does more than just make your muscles stronger though-- it can also boost your metabolism, improve your posture and mood, and much more.
